• Mallards Pike café — right on the wider trail loop, a good refuel stop mid-ride

• Coleford and Cinderford high streets — supermarkets, takeaways, and pubs if you want a proper sit-down after

• Bikes for Brain Workshop —  Edge End ~ 0.5 miles  — All bike repairs and builds .

• Dean Forest Cycles — Parkend, ~3 miles — hire, repairs, and a café of its own.

• Sprung Suspension — Cinderford 3 miles  — for anything suspension-specific (forks, shocks, full setup)
   

Getting here without a car
 

• Stagecoach service 24 — Gloucester–Cinderford–Coleford, stops at Cannop/Beechenhurst (Lodge Gate). Doesn't run Sundays or Bank Holidays.
