Works taking place on the hill above Mallards Pike

Earlier this week, we started brash raking at Staple Edge. This means that the brash, which is made up of tree branches and other smaller plants, is raked into rows using a machine.

This leaves the rest of the ground bare and ready for us to plant new trees.
