Officers are appealing for witnesses following reports of men riding anti-socially in the #Cannop area over the weekend.
Police were contacted on Sunday (6 February) after a group of between eight and ten men were riding electric powered bikes at the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre.
They were believed to have been on Sur Ron bikes which are not allowed on the cycle tracks due to health and safety reasons.
The off-road bikes were ridden on woodland owned by Forest of Dean Cycle Centre - Forestry England which has caused concerns amongst local residents in the past.
The group were all wearing black and riding black electronic scramblers without helmets.
Officers are asking anyone who knows who the men may be or witnessed their behaviour to please get in contact.

PC Georgianna Jayne said: “We are proactively working with the rangers at Forestry England to prevent people from riding anti-socially.
“Behaviour of this type is known to impact many people, from those living in the area to tourists, and we continue to ask members of the public to help us by reporting incidents and, if possible, supplying photographic evidence.
“Neighbourhood officers will be conducting patrols of the area over the weekend, utilising police mountain bikes and the police quad bike in an attempt to prevent ASB on the trails. We will also have the Community Engagement Vehicle at the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre from 11am to 4pm on Friday 18 February.”
