Mini Downhill races fill up before the closing the date for entries, we advise you to enter now to avoid disappointment.

Refunds & Transfers Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please note the following:

Refunds

• 29+ days’ notice: Entry fee refunded minus a £10.00 administration fee per race cancelled. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment card within 28 days of receiving your written notice at chris.roberts@nakedracing.com.

• 28 days or less: No refund will be issued.

Transfers

• 29+ days’ notice: You may transfer your entry to another event in the same calendar year (subject to availability).

• 28 days or less: Transfers are not available.

Important Notes

• You cannot transfer your entry to another rider.

• The race weekend officially begins at 15:00 on the Friday before race day. All deadlines above are based on this start time. This means we must receive your email no later than 4 weeks before 15:00 on the Friday before race day.

• These policies apply in all circumstances and are final.

How to Cancel or Transfer

• Email chris.roberts@nakedracing.com — cancellations or transfers will not be handled by phone, text, or Facebook.

• Include your full name, race category, and the event name in your email.
