 OPEN EVERY DAY 9-5PM IN HALF TERM:


Bike Hire is PRE BOOK ONLY  up until midnight the night before hire and bikes are available  from 9.30am.

Remember we also sell on-line, so check out our shop  and ex hire bikes available with free delivery within 10 miles of the centre!

No groups of more than 6 please

Please read the below Covid specific information, and maintain social distancing at all times around site.

Facilities

CAFE

Cafe and seating is outside only. We have provided a covered marquee area in case the Great British weather doesn’t play ball.

We are taking contactless payment only to minimise contact points and there are sanitising gels available for customers at all service points

A one way system is in place – please follow all signage

Please don’t sit outside in groups of more than 6.

HIRE

All bikes are full day hire only and can only be pre-booked.

There is no option to hire bikes on the day – no groups of more than 6 please.

Each bike is sanitised at the end of every hire.

Helmets are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own or get one from our shop.

Helmets are sanitised at the end of each day and then stored for a further 72 hours before being issued to customers.

We recommend that you ride with gloves and a helmet at all times.

SHOP

You are now required to wear a face covering when entering the shop.

Please remove any gloves and use the sanitiser provided before entering the shop.

There are no changing room facilities, but you may take items home to try and return them within 14 days for a full refund if they don’t fit.

TOILETS

Forestry England have provided portaloos on site, so you can maintain social distancing while waiting for one to become free.

There are 6 toilets and you are recommended to bring your own hand sanitiser with you.

These are located just behind our outside cafe.

WATER AND FIRST AID

There is no water to fill bottles or first aid provision on site. Please ensure that you bring plenty of water with you, have an emergency first aid kit, and know how to use it !

You will need to know your location at all times and have a mobile phone to raise help.
